By accessing and using LeaveWP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeaveWP provides a free, open-source tool to help users migrate their content from WordPress to modern web frameworks including Next.js, Astro, Payload CMS, Strapi, and others. The Service includes content export, format conversion, and migration guidance.

3. Use of Service

3.1 Eligibility

You must have the legal right to migrate the content you process through our Service. You represent that you either own the content or have authorization from the content owner.

3.2 Permitted Use

  • Personal and commercial website migrations
  • Migration of content you own or have rights to
  • Use in compliance with applicable laws

3.3 Prohibited Use

  • Migrating content you do not have rights to use
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures
  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code (beyond what is publicly available)

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your content. LeaveWP does not claim any ownership over the content you migrate using our Service. We do not store your content on our servers.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaveWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

We recommend backing up your content before performing any migration. While our tool is designed to preserve your content accurately, you are responsible for verifying the migration results.

7. Open Source License

LeaveWP is open-source software. The source code is available under the MIT License, which permits use, modification, and distribution. See our GitHub repository for full license details.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
